What data we process
- What you send us by email: your name, email address, company and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Technical data from your visit: the server hosting the website logs the IP address, date, page requested and browser, as any web server does.
We do not ask for special category data. Please do not send it to us.
Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal
- Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing the project if you hire us
- Performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure and running
- Legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse and faults (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles. We will not send you marketing communications unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: up to one year after the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (six years for commercial records and four for tax records).
- Technical server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, usually a few months.
Who else has access to the data
We do not sell or disclose data to third parties, unless required by law. We work with providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:
- Web hosting: Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Hosting).
- Email: our email provider, to receive and reply to your messages.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Email us at info@padhub.es stating which right you wish to exercise. If we cannot identify you with certainty, we will ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD).
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies: no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, with no connections to third parties.
Only if you press the sun/moon button do we save the colour mode you choose in your browser’s local storage (key padhub-theme). This contains no personal information, never leaves your device and can be deleted from your browser settings. As it is a feature you expressly request, it does not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI).
If you follow a link to another site, such as the PadVox listing on the App Store, that site’s privacy policy applies.
Security
The website is always served encrypted (HTTPS), and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.
Children
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date shown at the end.
